# Xem hồ sơ bệnh án

Để xem hồ sơ bệnh án tại tính năng khám&điều trị bạn click vào “tên bệnh nhân” để xem chi tiết.

Tại đây giao diện sẽ thể hiện rõ thông tin bệnh nhân bao gồm:

Hồ sơ bệnh án

* Thông tin cơ bản: Tên, ngày sinh, địa chỉ
* Tiền sử bệnh: Để lưu ý trong điều trị
* Báo khẩn: Thông báo trong các trường hợp khẩn cấp.
* Ghi chú: Thông tin chi chi tiết, ghi chú riêng theo từng bệnh nhân.
* Nguồn khách hàng: Giúp phân loại khách hàng để chăm sóc cũng như đưa ra các chiến lược thúc đẩy doanh thu phù hợp.
